Q. I would like to bring someone with me, can I share a room with someone?

A. Yes, we can definitely arrange for a double occupancy. Please email Lucia Oliveira at lucia@luminousbylucia.com and let her know which room you are interested in booking and she will let you know what the double occupancy rate is and coordinate payment.

Q. When should I book my flights?

A. Please only book your flights once you receive a confirmation email from Lucia. We hope to fill the retreat up as all costs are based on a certain amount of attendees. Retreat will be confirmed no later than Feburary 28th.

Q. When should I arrive in Lisbon?

A. We recommend arriving on Sunday, July 20th. This will insure that you are in the Lisbon area on Monday, July 21st.

Q. Which airport should I fly into?

A. Lisbon (LIS), airport transporation will be provided to guests that fly into LIS.

Q. Do you offer payment plans?
A. Yes, if you would like to do a payment plan. Please email Lucia Oliveira at lucia@luminousbylucia.com to discuss the payment plan options.

Q. What are your payment and cancellation policies?
A. Full payment for the retreat is then due when you register for the retreat. If you are interested in doing a payment plan, we can definitely coordinate one by emailing Lucia at lucia@luminousbylucia.com.
We have designed our cancellation policy to be as compassionate as possible in the case that your plans change. If you cancel the retreat:

You receive a 100% refund of the retreat if you can cancel 120 prior to the retreat.

Cancel 90 days prior to the retreat, 50% of the retreat will be refunded

No refunds will be given if you cancel 89 days or less from the retreat date.
